Pinwheels for Prevention Sponsored by Mark Powell, Lackawanna County District Attorney
In April, the Children's Advocacy Center of NEPA invites the community to join us in planting pinwheels throughout the community to raise awareness about child abuse. Each pinwheel planted at the Lackawanna County Courthouse will represent a child victim of abuse or neglect who received services at the Children's Advocacy Center of NEPA in 2023.
You can sponsor a pinwheel wheel to be planted throughout the community. You also have the option to purchase and display your own pinwheel garden at your home, school, or workplace as a reminder that every child deserves a happy, safe, healthy childhood.
